Our Story
Premier Projects was borne in 2016 from Luke's desire to create exceptional spaces for the people of Auckland, so they can live and work beautifully. Luke believes that building is a craft and he's grown a team around him that believes the same. No shortcuts. No compromise. At Premier Projects, we have a passion for beautiful spaces, high-quality materials and excellent finishes.
Collectively, we have more than 30 years of experience under our belts. We work hard to ensure our clients are supported right the way through the build process, so they can enjoy the process just as much as the end result. Director
/ Luke Brommer
Luke has more than 15 years of experience building high-quality, high-end builds in Auckland. He started Premier Projects out of a desire to deliver the people of Auckland exceptional spaces, as smoothly as possible. His number one priority is to support clients right the way through their builds so they can enjoy the process as much as the end result. Luke has a National Certificate in Carpentry and a Level 6 Diploma in Building & Applied technology.

Site Foreman
/ Denholm Waugh
Denholm had a military background before changing his career path and joining Premier Projects as an apprentice in 2017. He works hard and is a true perfectionist, applying military precision to everything he does. He has gone on to complete a National Certificate in Carpentry and has more than three years of site foreman experience under his belt.

Carpenter
/ Paul Holland
Paul has more than 15 years of trades experience as an electrician, landscaper, carpenter and site foreman, so he understands the moving parts of a project and how they must fit together seamlessly. Construction is his true calling and he’s currently completing his National Certificate in Carpentry.
